Advieh is a traditional blending of spices in Iran.  This Advieh set is made using a family recipe that has been in our family for generation with the best quality ingredients imported from Iran. 

Rice Advieh is a warm and aromatic blend & can be used in cooking Iranian rice dishes like lentil rice / Addas-polo, green beans rice /Lobia-polo, or raisin rice /Keshmesh-polo.

Stew Advieh is fragrant, a little sweet, and gently warming rather than spicy. This spice is used in cooking meat or chicken stews and has a greater impact or “signature” on every dish it is added to.
It's a fabulous gift for your baker or cook friend or a great addition to your spice cabinet.

Sweet Advieh cardamom and rose petals are the dominant flavors of this advieh. You can add this spice mix to bake apple cake or pumpkin cake, sprinkle some on your oatmeal, or have fun baking Kolompeh.
