Shipping & Returns
When you order products from ZoZo you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb right to your door. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
Please check all addresses carefully. ZoZo guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Please note: we ship orders Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is going to be shipped from the bakery on the following Tuesday.
We gladly offer international shipping on everything, but pastries. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, and additional postal fees.
At ZoZo, our goal is to make you happy, if you're not satisfied with any of our products or services, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. Please note the return shipping charges are your responsibility.
We cannot accept returns on special-order items and pastries.
