Shipping

When you order products from ZoZoBaking  you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We normally use USPS to ship our products, we ensure they are fresh and simply superb right to your door. However if you want an expedited shipping, the option is available to you at extra charge.

We offer USPS priority shipping with a purchase of $150 or more, if you want us to ship your order using FEDEX or UPS, please call us for an estimate (818) 900-6644. We recommend using UPS overnight shipping for weddings and important events.

Please check all addresses carefully. ZoZoBaking is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being shipped.

Please note: we ship orders Monday-Friday with the exceptions of holiday season and Nowruz.

International Shipping

We gladly offer international shipping on everything, but pastries. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, and additional postal fees.

Returns & Refunds

At ZoZo, our goal is to make you happy, if you're not satisfied with any of our products or services, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. There is no refund on our on-demand baking classes.

In case of any returns or refund, please note the return shipping charges are your responsibility.

We cannot accept returns on special-order items or our pastries.
