In Iran, quince jam is one of the most fragrant and colorful jams. The gorgeous red color is obtained by cooking the jam in a white copper pot over a long period of time.
This jam is made with fresh locally grown quince and is perfumed with rose water and cardamom and is one of a kind.
Since we use no preservatives, keep the jam refrigerated.
