Persian Baking: The incomparable art of taste and flavors
This class is suitable for students with no or limited experience making Persian pastries and more experienced cooks wanting to expand their recipe collection and learn more advanced techniques.

Together we discover the history of Persian baking and learn how to bake two very unique recipes that have been in my family for generations: a traditional date pie with sprouted wheat flour & Persian Baklava. 

The date pie or as we say in Farsi Komach is a super healthy pastry with no added sugar, sweetened by just dates and perfumed with cardamom & rose petals.

The Baklava is usually considered being a difficult product to perfect, but you will be amazed at how simple they can be with the secrets I will pass on to you.
