General Q & A  

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout.  You can always call us and we can assist you over the phone. We can be reached at (818)554-8730 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific Time.

What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information. 

How do I cancel/change my order?
Generally, it takes 24-48 hours for us to process an order, if you change your mind within this period, please call us at (818) 554-8730 or email us at info@zozobaking.com and we will do our best to help.  

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept gift cards and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or you can pay with your PayPal account. 

How long do I wait before I receive my order?
We bake to order, so please allow us three days to process your orders. We ship Monday-Thursday.

Where do you ship to?
While we ship our products internationally, our pastries are shipped within the United States & Canada.

Do you have expedited shipping options?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We’re happy to offer complimentary ribbon-wrapping. Just include your personal message and we hand write your message on a Free "A gift for you" postcard. 

I have received my pastries, how do I keep them fresh?

The cookies ship individually wrapped. Upon receipt, store them in an airtight container. They will keep for up to 2 weeks at room temperature or keep them in the fridge for longer use.


Pastries & Large orders 

Can I custom order my pastries, e.g. less sugar, use butter instead of vegetable shortenings, or substitute one pastry for another in a combination box? 

Yes, you can, we will charge additional $5 for any custom order. 

Do you take large order? How long notification do you need? 

Any orders more than five boxes is considered a large order, please contact us personally to discuss the details of each order. You can call us at (818)554-8730.


Promotions & Discounts

How often do you offer your promotions?

We offer $5 OFF your first order when you sign up for our newsletter. We also offer Free deliveries on purchases over $65 or more.

Can I combine discounts?

If the promotions states:” it’s not valid with any other promotions”, then no. If it’s not stated then you can use both.
