Dipped Chocolate Oreo cookies

If you are a chocolate lover or you have a friend who's madly in love with chocolate, I have a good news for you.  You can follow these simple steps and make the ordinary Oreo cookies into an extraordinary extra chocolatey dessert!

What you need:

  • A silicon mold or a mini cheesecake mold
  • Chocolate transfer sheet

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams Semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 150 grams White chocolate
  • 6 Oreo cookies

Process:

  1. Cut circles of transfer sheet (if you use the cheesecake mold just use the base and the template) & place the transfer sheets inside each space, ensuring that the printed side is up
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, start from 30 seconds, stir and continue until chocolate is smooth & slowly add one full teaspoon of chocolate over the transfer sheet. Gently add Oreo cookie in the center & add one more teaspoon of chocolate over the Oreo cookie and top it with another transfer sheet.
  3. When placing the transfer sheet, make sure that there are no bubbles in between the sheet and the chocolate, you can gently run your finger tip over it without pushing it down
  4. Once you’re done, place the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
